For only $99 you receive your choice of one of the following One On One Personal Training sessions:
4 - 1 hour One On One Training sessions    /   6 - 45 min One On One Training sessions    /    8 - 30 min One On One Training sessions

This special includes a fitness program designed for specifically for you and your fitness needs and goals .

 

Fast Track Group Training Program

- 10 Week Training Program
- 6 / 1 hour sessions a week
- Train in a group of 8 clients
- $1000 covers the cost of program
- Select a training time that best fits you
- 5am, 11:15am or 7pm - Mon thru Fri
- Program starts every 10th week
- Give us a call to be a part of our next Fast Track group or to simply take a tour of our Private Polaris personal training facility
